55bn Terms & Conditions

01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 55bn website accessible at https://55bn.bet, including all pages, services, games, and features made available therein.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on 55bn or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the 55bn registration process.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account by 55bn as part of a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player via approved payment channels, net of any withdrawals or game losses.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or bonus-derived winnings must be staked before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process conducted by 55bn to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment ownership.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all 55bn transactions are denominated and processed.

02 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 55bn Platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is deemed to have occurred at the earliest of the following events:

1. Clicking the registration confirmation button during account creation;
2. Making a deposit into your 55bn account;
3. Placing any bet or participating in any game on the Platform;
4. Logging into your account on any occasion after these Terms were made available.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms. 55bn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use 55bn, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party;
• You are not a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You do not already hold an active or suspended 55bn account;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 55bn or any of its affiliated companies;
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

55bn reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at random audit intervals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of bonus balances.

04 Account Registration

Each Player may hold one (1) account on 55bn. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, CNIC numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account termination.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC;
• Your valid Pakistani mobile number;
• A valid and accessible email address;
• Your date of birth;
• Your residential address within your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 55bn will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. You must notify 55bn immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

05 Know Your Customer (KYC)

55bn is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification may be triggered at any of the following points:

• Upon first withdrawal request;
• When cumulative deposits exceed platform-defined thresholds;
• Upon detection of unusual or suspicious account activity;
• At random compliance audit intervals;
• Upon any change to account registration details.

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back), proof of residential address not older than three (3) months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. All documents must be clear, unaltered, and legible. Edited or tampered documents will result in permanent account closure. Withdrawal processing will be suspended pending successful KYC completion.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 55bn are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment channels are currently supported:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet and bank transfer)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet and bank transfer)
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) bank transfer
• Meezan Bank transfer

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. 55bn does not charge any deposit processing fees. Deposit funds are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a failed deposit where funds have been debited from your payment account, contact support immediately with transaction proof.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending KYC completion, open bonus wagering requirements, or active fraud investigations. 55bn reserves the right to verify that the withdrawal payment method matches the deposit payment method used.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

55bn offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified Players only. 55bn reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to crediting.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal from bonus-derived funds may be made.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games specified in the promotion terms. Certain game categories — including live casino tables in some promotions — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 55bn reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or using coordinated betting strategies to minimise risk on bonus funds.
• Bonus offers expire if not claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on 55bn, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 55bn will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases where a technical error demonstrably affected the outcome or where a match or event is cancelled prior to commencement.
• In the event of a void bet (e.g., match abandonment, event cancellation, or force majeure), the stake will be returned to the Player's real money balance.
• 55bn reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts on any market, game, or event at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, system glitches, or obviously erroneous prices — 55bn reserves the right to void bets placed under such conditions and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). 55bn does not control, influence, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Cricket betting markets are subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). In-play betting markets are governed by the state of play at the time of bet confirmation, not at the time of submission.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55bn platform. Breach of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating multiple accounts for the same individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on 55bn;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using 55bn as a conduit for financial crime;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing another individual to operate your account;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or manifest errors for financial gain;
• Coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or any strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gameplay intent;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 55bn staff or other Players via any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 55bn Platform — including but not limited to the 55bn brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio elements, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 55bn or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any 55bn software;
• Use the 55bn brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55bn shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages beyond 55bn's reasonable control;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity resulting from Platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events;
• Actions taken by 55bn in good-faith compliance with applicable laws, regulatory orders, or internal anti-fraud procedures;
• Financial losses resulting from gambling decisions made by the Player, including losses incurred while using bonus funds.

In all cases where 55bn is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the real money balance held in the Player's account at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 55bn is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as a binding part of your agreement with 55bn.

55bn collects personal data strictly for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and service improvement. Data is not sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. 13 Responsible Gaming

55bn is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable individuals from harm. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to control spending;
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and automatic logouts after defined play session durations;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanent closure;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and opt out of all 55bn marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 55bn holds its international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to the following resolution process:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first contact 55bn support at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. 55bn will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution fails, you may submit a formal written complaint. 55bn will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and provide a final decision within thirty (30) calendar days.
3. Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved following the formal complaint process, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international gaming regulatory authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
